Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call within 30 days of the original invoice date and Centronics will provide you with a credit or replacement subject to Centronics Terms and Conditions. Refunds will only be issued for items that are verified defective. Call 800.638.0741 for an RA (Return Authorization) number. Special order items are non-returnable. Any item not in its original box and packaging is not returnable. Any item not in resalable condition is not eligible for refund or credit.
All returns must clearly display the RA number on the outside of the packages. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. All shipping discrepancies must be reported within five days of receipt of order. All freight charges are pre-paid by the cutomer. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date in original packaging and in resalable condition in order to receive a refund or credit. If conditions set are not met a 20% restocking fee will be assessed or the RA product will be refused. Centronics reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time for any reason.
Shipping Policy: Centronics ships all, in stock orders within 1 business day. Orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Maryland. Loss or damage in transit must be filed directly with the carrier.
Payment: All purchases may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Telephone or fax orders are accepted as well. COD and open terms available for authorized dealers only. Please call for details.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is added to all
Maryland orders, unless a tax resale certificate is supplied. Sales tax
is based only on statewide rates and added to the order using the shipping
address provided. As required by law, all sales taxes are remitted to
the appropriate taxing authorities.
Canceling Orders: Orders placed with Centronics cannot be canceled online.
All cancellations must be called in at 800.638.0741 or emailed to info@centronics.com.
All orders are processed as received. Depending on how much time has elapsed
from order placement to cancellation, the order may have already shipped.
